As a young doctor, I was surrounded by people with symptoms of what we call Adrenal Fatigue Syndrome on a daily basis. What is more, I was also starting to walk down the road of burnout myself. Adrenal fatigue starts in our brain. Lying very deep in our brain, the major hormone glands (hypothalamus and pituitary gland) are not easy to access. However, traditional medicine knows ways and I will teach you about them in a bonus lecture
