As a young doctor, I was surrounded by women with symptoms of what we call Adrenal Fatigue Syndrome on a daily basis. What is more, I was starting to walk down the road of burnout myself. It took me a lot of courage, hard work and trusting my gut to escape the loop, build a strategy for managing my energy and reconnect with my intuition.
I built a program which connects the best of modern medicine, traditional energy medicine and ancient healing rituals. It will be my honor to guide you through it.
