After that, the program consists of 12 (twelve) 1-1 virtual sessions, occurring once a week over three months. Each session is 50-60 min long and consist of the following:
Discussing the main topic: one of the six pillars of burnout therapy.
Learning 1-2 habits to practise between sessions, which will support your healing process.
Making sure that you are staying on the right track towards reaching your goals.
