It is a growing epidemic. Most of the modern world population will experience some degree of burnout at some point in their lives.
It is fixable. No matter at which stage you might be, with a professional strategy and compassionate guidance, you can fully recover your energy and reconnect with your soft feminine power.
I used to be just like you.
Overworked, emotionally drained, unaware of my gifts and completely disconnected from my body and my feminine essence. It is no wonder I felt this way; I was a young, sensitive woman who was trying her best to survive in a world that was designed by men, for men. I was completely unaware of the power of my intuition, creativity and cyclic nature. On the contrary - I learned to suppress these gifts to be able to fit into the masculine society. But despite feeling tired and hopeless, I knew that there was so much beauty around me, and I became determined to rediscover it all.
It took me a lot of trust, courage and hard work to escape the loop, build a strategy for managing my energy and reconnect with my feminine power. Based on my own healing experience, I designed a program that connects the best of western medicine, traditional energy medicine, and ancient and modern healing rituals. It will be my honor to guide you through it.

The sympathetic, also called ”fight or flight”, nervous system is very Yang (masculine) in its nature. It represent a very active, focused, and goal-oriented energy. It is a direct opposite to the parasympathetic nervous system which represents the Yin (feminine) pole. The parasympathetic nervous system is all about rest, pleasure, and being present in the moment.
You’ve probably noticed that the modern world is very masculine. Everything is focused on doing, achieving, being stronger than others and making money - which are all very masculine traits. To survive in a society like this, women have been forced to (unconsciously) suppress our femininity and try to fit in. We have distanced ourselves from qualities such as vulnerability, softness and intuition. This is making us sick, and in turn making the world around us a sick place.
